1. Lawful business use
Use Rakwa only for lawful restaurant, café, retail and related business purposes, in line with UAE law, including consumer protection, tax and data protection rules.
2. Security
- Do not try to bypass sign-in, permissions, licences, plan limits or rate limits.
- Do not scan, probe, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, write to support@rakwapos.com.
- Do not upload malware or harmful files.
3. Messages and content
- Send marketing by SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail only to guests who agreed to receive it, and honour opt-outs.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or offensive content, including in menus and campaigns.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and, where needed to protect customers, guests or the service, restrict or suspend access, with notice where practical.
